Founder Story
Service has always been at the heart of who I am.
Long before Legacy Paints existed, I spent years showing up for others — as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in foster care, as a mentor to women navigating recovery, and by bringing weekly AA meetings into the local jail. Leaving formal social work never meant leaving the work itself. It just looked different.
And then, family called me home in the best possible way.
My adult daughter walked away from her career in dentistry to help me build something that would last. Legacy Paints was born from that leap of faith — and from a simple belief that what we create should mean something beyond a beautiful finish on the wall. Two of our colors are named after my granddaughters, Parker and Lainey, because that's exactly the kind of company this is.
Legacy Paints exists to create a legacy — for my children, my grandchildren, my nieces and nephews, and for every family who brings our colors into their home. We chose that name on purpose.
